This site is served as a static website hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany), on servers located in Germany. When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log data (incl. IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Hetzner. No data is transferred to third countries.
3. No cookies, no tracking
Eilert Janßen sets no first-party cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. No profiling takes place.
4. Payment processing (Gumroad)
Purchases are handled by the external provider Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., USA). Your data is transmitted to Gumroad only when you click a purchase button and proceed through the Gumroad checkout.
